Midwest Tour Looks to Reschedule Events Impacted by Wisconsin’s Extension of Safer at Home Order

Oregon, WI- The first two events to be contested on the ARCA Midwest Tour will not take place on their originally scheduled dates, although Tour officials indicated their hopes of rescheduling both the Joe Shear Classic and Salute the Troops 100. The season opening Joe Shear Classic scheduled at Madison International Speedway on May 3 and Jefferson Speedway’s Salute the Troops 100 on May 23 have both been postponed by Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers’ extension of his ‘Safer at Home’ Order, which now runs through May 26. The Midwest Tour is now slated to open the 2020 season on Sunday afternoon June 14 at The Milwaukee Mile. For updated info, visit www.midwesttour.racing or call 608-835-9700.
