The ‘Stars and Cars’ of the ARCA Midwest Tour will contest a 100 lap feature event this Sunday afternoon June 20 at The Milwaukee Mile. Here is a look at the drivers already entered for the ‘Father’s Day 100’.

2 Gregory Borchardt Prior Lake MN Dan’s Auto/Turnkey Boatworks/Prior Lake Auto/Schaeffer’s Chevrolet -Greg was the winner of the Hooligan Feature at Oktoberfest as he makes various Super Late Model starts each season after a stellar Sportsman career in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.

4 Luke Fenhaus Wausau WI Dun Rite Exteriors/Kulwicki Driver Devel/PGA/Central WI Vending Chevrolet -He started the season with a win at Dells Raceway Park in the Icebreaker and followed that up with a pair of runner-up efforts and fast times in each Midwest Tour event so far in 2021. The Kulwicki Development Driver and former State Park Speedway Champion finds himself atop the ARCA Midwest Tour Point Standings heading into Milwaukee.

5 Casey Johnson Edgerton WI Montgomery Ward/Hougan Farms/UAW Region 4 Chevrolet -Johnson is the two-time and defending Midwest Tour Champion last visited Victory Lane at The Milwaukee Mile in Big 8 competition in 2013. The former Dixieland 250 winner would like to add the Father’s Day 100 to his win column. Johnson has amassed two championships at Wisconsin International, three at Jefferson, two in Big 8, two Tundra titles, six Wisconsin State Championships, one Red White and Blue Championship and two National Short Track Championships

5 Dalton Armstrong New Castle IN Toyota -Dalton started his career in open wheel midgets and found success early on winning in multiple disciplines before moving to Late Model Racing. He picked up the win at Anderson Speedway during the 2016 Redbud and has also garnered two CRA Jeg’s All-Star Tour wins.

5 Travis Sauter Prairie Du Sac WI NAPA of Cheyenne/Tim O’Brien Homes/DeAngelis Const/Don’s Auto Chevrolet -Travis Sauter is fourth in all-time wins with nine victories including three Oktoberfest wins and a Joe Shear Classic win. Sauter was also able to take the checkered flag at The Milwaukee Mile in 2012. Travis returns to driving after becoming a top crew chief, in his only Tour start this season he faded late to an eighth place showing at Madison after contending for the win.

7 John DeAngelis, Jr Hubertus WI DeAngelis Construction/JD7 Trucking Ford -John DeAngelis is running an abbreviated schedule this year, but you wouldn’t know it. Earlier this month he raced in Florida at 5 Flags Speedway on Friday and Dells Raceway on Saturday. He represented the Midwest well by being one of the few from our region to qualify directly into the Snowball Derby field. A strong runner-up at the 2019 Dixieland help land him third in the final tour points.

7 Paul Shafer, Jr Portage IN Paul’s Auto Yards Chevrolet -Paul Shafer started his season by winning three in a row at Grundy County Speedway, the track finally put a bounty on their 2020 track champion and two time Bettenhausen Classic winner. Shafer nearly collected that bonus money, finishing second. He has two Tour wins to his credit, 2018 at Jefferson and last year’s Wayne Carter Classic at Grundy. Quickly becoming one of the fan favorites on the Tour, the 2013 Illiana Motor Speedway Champhas finished no worse than sixth in the last six years in MT points.

8 Brent Kirchner LaCrosse WI City Auto Sales Chevrolet -Kirchner has a knack for running up front at flatter tracks, much like his home track of LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway where he was the feature winner just two weeks ago. When the Midwest Tour visited Iowa Speedway in 2012, it was Kirchner taking the trophy home just as he did in the Oktoberfest ‘Farewell 150’ for the NASCAR Elite Division in 2006. Kirchner is not one to overlook when it comes to an event like Sunday’s.

9 Mark Kraus Stratford WI Shockwave Marine Seating Toyota -Now days most race fans refer to him as Derek’s Dad. Mark Kraus, father to NASCAR Camping World Truck Series regular Derek Kraus will return to action for just the second time since retiring following the 2015 season. Mark was a regular top runner in the NASCAR Midwest Elite Series throughout the early 2000’s and will now challenge his son on Father’s Day at The Milwaukee Mile.

10 Andy Monday Appleton WI Monday & Assoc/B&B Engines/Darboy Corner Store Toyota -2017 FRRC Champ

13 Andrew Brocker Jefferson WI American State Equipment Chevrolet -This father son duo is unlike most in the pit area these days as it is Andrew, the dad racing the car while his son wrenches in the pits. The family owned team has been a loyal supporter of the Midwest Tour and finished 12th in the 2019 Point Standings.

14 Austin Nason Roscoe IL Montgomery Ward/Haase Builders/JRS Shocks/Kar Korner Ford -Not many saw it coming two years ago, but Austin Nason put the Super Late Model world on notice when he wheeled his #14 to a late race pass and win at The Milwaukee Mile. Nason is a two-time Tour runner-up and has big wins including the Joe Shear Classic and All-Star 100 to go along with a 2018 Madison Triple Crown Championship and 2015 Tour Rookie of the Year title.

15 Gabe Sommers Plover WI Rowdy Energy/Kwik Trip/Tasteful Selection Potatoes/DeKalb Toyota -Fresh off a win last weekend at California’s Irwindale Speedway, Gabe Sommers looks for a fresh start at Milwaukee as well. With arguably one of the stronger cars in the field in 2019, a pit road mishap derailed the teams efforts but they still managed a top ten finish. The 2019 Rookie of the Year rebounded then to win July’s Larry Detjens Memorial Race and as the Tour runner-up a season ago.

16 Cayden Lapcevich Grimsby ONT A Services/AP Race Engines/All-Star Perf Ford -Cayden made quite a splash in the US last season, impressing all in attendance at Wisconsin International in August when he finished a strong second in his Tour debut. He has six wins in NASCAR Pinty’s (Canada) action where he was the 2016 Champion. Lapcevich is teamed with longtime ARTGO Challenge Series driver ‘The Indiana Outlaw’ Bobby Blount, the pair raced to the Outlaw Late Model win during the 2019 Glass City 200 at Toledo Speedway.

17 Grant Griesbach Pewaukee WI Schaefer Power Systems/Cobblestone Hotels/Racersites Ford -Grant was balancing high school football and auto racing through his teens. While still a teenage at 19 years of age, Griesbach is a Slinger Super Speedway graduate who also is a weekly competitor at Wisconsin International Raceway. A pair of Rookie of the Year accolades at WIR and in Big 8 Late Model action are amongst his accomplishments.

17 Max Kahler Caledonia IL Windsor Auto Sales/Retool/B&K Concrete Ford -The 2020 Big 8 Series Champion has made the jump into the Super Late Model ranks this season full time, albeit with some bad breaks due to….bad brakes, Max has shown enough speed, qualifying into the Tour event at Jefferson after racing his way in through the last chance race at Madison. The Kulwicki Development Driver won the 2020 National Short Track Championships at Rockford.

21 Derek Kraus Stratford WI Incredible Bank/IB Insurance/R & J- 23hr Towing Toyota -Derek Kraus returns to Wisconsin for this weekend’s event and will race against his dad Mark on Father’s Day. Kraus became the youngest winner in ARCA Midwest Tour history when he won at Dells Raceway Park on Labor Day Weekend of 2016. Derek went on to become the NASCAR K&N West Series Champion and is now a regular in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

21 Jesse Love Redwood City CA Mobil 1/Earnest Performance/PME Toyota -Making his first career ARCA Midwest Tour start is California’s Jesse Love. Love is a two time Junior Late Model Champion in his home state where he was also crowned the 2018 BCRA Midget Series Champon at the age of 13. Just last year Love became the youngest ARCA Series Champion by claiming the ARCA West Championship for Bill McAnally Racing.

22 Sammy Smith Johnston IA TMC Transportation Toyota -Sammy Smith ventured into the Midwest Tour ranks twice last year, with mixed results for the young driver who was getting acclimated to Super Late Model racing after a strong Pro Late Model showing including winning the 2019 World Series of Asphalt at New Smyrna Speedway in Florida. Fast forward a year and Smith now finds himself hot off a win during last weekend’s ARCA East at Southern National Speedway and he finds himself atop the point standings on the strength of three wins.

23 Levon VanDerGeest Merrill WI Central Sawdust of WI/Breber Music/Culver’s Chevrolet -The last time the Midwest Tour visited The Milwaukee Mile, Levon VanDerGeest became the youngest winner in Milwaukee Mile history when he rolled to the Midwest Truck Series victory. Levon went on to become the 2019 Truck Champion and is now running for the 2021 ARCA Midwest Tour Rookie of the Year.

25 Jeff Storm East Troy WI 3-D Ranch/Duramax Trucking/Breber Music/River City Lanes Toyota -Anyone that was at Madison for the Joe Shear Classic last month now knows that Jeff Storm once again has a fast race car. The two-time Mid-American Stock Car Series Champion will now bring that fast race car to The Milwaukee Mile where he won in Mid-Am competition in 1997.

33 Albert Francis Painesville OH Francis Engineering/Habco Tool and Dev/Levon Trucking Chevrolet -He wasn’t quite prepared for the level of competition at Milwaukee in 2019. Now with more experience under his belt and having run at various tracks including last week at Berlin Raceway, Albert Francis returns to Milwaukee as the 2020 Jennerstown Speedway Champion and a better understanding of what it takes to run up front in Super Late Models.

35 Carson Kvapil Mooresville NC LKN Mechanical/ Machine Chevrolet -After spending the 2019 season as a Touring Star on the Midwest Tour, Kvapil has returned to the Carolinas and has become a frequent visitor to victory lane. With one Midwest Tour win, which came in his first Tour race in 2018 at Golden Sands, Kvapil has already recorded Late Model wins this season at Hickory, Caraway, Nashville and just last week he won the Red race at Wisconsin International.

35 Greg Dreher Saxon WI GD Trucking Ford -Looking to make his first feature event in his third Midwest Tour appearance, Dreher and his Super Late Model embark on the Mile.

40 Curt Tillman Roscoe IL Chevrolet -Curt Tillman is a former weekly front runner at Rockford Speedway, and was named the Speedway’s most popular driver in 1986 where he picked up multiple feature wins. Now back at it with a new found enthusiasm and the help of former Midwest Tour Champion Andrew Morrissey, Tillman scored the last chance win last month at Jefferson.

44 Justin Mondeik Gleason WI AGRA Industries/Aqua Finance/Industrial Accessories Company Chevrolet -Justin Mondeik crossed the finishline first more than any other driver in the Midwest last season, 14 wins in all. One of those wins was the Larry Detjens Memorial at State Park Speedway, his first Midwest Tour triumph. Two weeks ago, Mondeik was victorious at Norway Speedway and the 2020 State Park and Golden Sands Champion is looking to better his win count from a year ago and improve on his third place Midwest Tour points effort.

45 Jeff VanOudenhoven Appleton WI VanDenHeuvel Electric/Badgerland Demo/Appleton Sign Ford -JVO is a five time Fox River Racing Club Champion at Wisconsin International Speedway and a three time Red White and Blue State Champion at WIR as well. When he was a touring Super Late Model driver, he clicked off three MARS Series Championships in the early 2000’s. He finished second in the season opening event at WIR last month.

45 Rich Bickle, Jr Edgerton WI T1 Racing/Wegner Automotive/Barnyard to Brickyard Chevrolet -He has never won at The Milwaukee Mile, this may be his last chance to do so. He has competed in ARTGO, ASA, Busch Grand National and NASCAR Trucks at ‘America’s Legendary Oval’ and has run up front, he just hasn’t won, there. He has done plenty of winning elsewhere including May’s Joe Shear Classic at Madison where he is a two time track Champion. He also won at Slinger last month where he has four Slinger Nationals victories. The five time Snowball Derby Champion and two time National Short Track Champion is set to retire at year’s end.

64 Griffin McGrath Cedar Rapids IA Chevrolet -With his attention mainly on INEX Legend Car racing these days, McGrath will return to Super Late Models this weekend and at a track he has been known to run quite well at. With flat sweeping corners like his hometown track, Hawkeye Downs, The Milwaukee Mile has been favorable to the Iowa driver. McGrath scored an ASA Late Model Series North victory at West Allis in 2010.

75 Dillon Hammond Grand Marsh WI Hammond Auto Mauston, WI Chevrolet -Dillon has been ultra-fast this season but has yet to have a finish to show it. The family effort has qualified seventh and fifth in the two Tour events thus far. Back on the Midwest Tour in 2021 as a Touring Star, Hammond has two career top five efforts on the Tour.

77 Jonathan Eilen Hampton MN Eilen & Sons Trucking & Landscape/Graber Auto Body Ford After running an abbreviated schedule the past couple of seasons, Jonathan Eilen is back on the Tour and contending for wins again. The #77 sits seventh all-time in tour wins with five, including the first ever Tour in 2007 event at 2012 MT Champ, 5x winner, MIS SLM win ’19

80 Ryan Farrell Big Bend WI Tiry’s Race Engines/Adams Heavy Duty Tow/Jacoby Waterproof Chevrolet -At the track he calls his home track, Ryan Farrell has a memorable day in 2019 at Milwaukee, placing his Super Late Model in seventh position on the day. With a 2018 Wisconsin Challenge Series Championship to his credit and various Super Late Model wins throughout the state, Farrell is still in search of his first Midwest Tour victory.

89 Bobby Reuse Alabaster AL Chevrolet -Bobby Reuse will make the trip from Alabama to compete this Father’s Day at The Milwaukee Mile. Reuse has an extensive Road Racing background and has eleven NASCAR Road Race starts but has adapted well to Late Models as well, he is the 2013 Montgomery Motor Speedway Champion and is likely the only driver in the field with wins at Alaska Raceway Park to their credit, he has two.

91 Ty Majeski Seymour WI’s Sports/Lucas Oil/CRC Industries/PFC Brakes Ford -A late race charge was not enough to help Ty Majeski to victory on Father’s Day 2019 as he settled for second position. Hot off his Tour win at Jefferson Speedway three weeks ago, the 2020 Snowball Derby Champion now has 26 Midwest Tour wins on his resume to go along with his four Championships. Majeski will make his second start of the season in the NASCAR Trucks in Nashville on Friday night, his first start resulted in a seventh place finish at Charlotte. 2020 Derby, 25 MT wins (most), 4x MT Champ

95 Harley Jankowski Sparta WI Hableman Brothers Cranberrys/Kurts Shop/Modern Disposal Sys Chevrolet -The former LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway competitor has made the move to Super Late Models and has found victory during Central Wisconsin Racing Association action. Harley will look to make his first start at The Mile this weekend.

119 Dalton Zehr Daytona Beach FL Gildan/American Apparel/Comfort Colors/Prim + Preux/AMS Chevrolet -The 2018 ARCA Midwest Tour Champion has visited victory lane quite a bit as a crew chief as of late, including on Memorial Day at Golden Sands. Dalton Zehr would like to add to his three Tour wins and get back to winning from the driver’s seat. He nearly did that at the Joe Shear Classic, finishing on the podium behind Rich Bickle and Luke Fenhaus.
